Invitation to a Cinema event on the 30th of May

Dear fellow Rotarians,
I would like to inform you that the cinema event in cooperation with HORIZON (Instituut voor jeugdzorg en oderwijs) will take place at 30 of May 2010.
Provisory program for the event is:
12:30 (precise meeting time will be given later) Meeting at Mozartlaan 150 Rotterdam (the same place as last year);
visiting a cinema (you will have to by your own tickets);
eating together with children at Macdonald's
17:00 Returning back to the Mozartlaan 150 Rotterdam (end of the event).
It would be for an advantage if there would be as many as possible club members participating at the event. Family members are more than welcome to support with their presence.

Please, check your agendas and let me know in advance if you would be able to participate.
