Gala Event – Supporting Indonesian Children

14th of June – 18:00 p.m.

Join the Rotary Club The Hague Metropolitan (RCTHM) for the main celebration of the year. The gala event will help in raising funds for the children in Indonesia. This year, we are supporting the children through SteppingStones Bali. You will be immersed in the rich culture of Indonesia through captivating performances, traditional dances, and an exquisite fine dining experience.

The program, starting at 18:00, will be as follows:

18:00 – 18:30  – Gala Opening – Guest arrival

18:30 – 19:00  – Opening Dance and Speeches

19:00 -20:30 Fine Dining

20:30 – Auction: very fine items, villa in Italy or Portugal, paintings, restaurant vouchers etc.

21:00 – Interlude: Music performance and Line Dance

22:00 – Raffle Results – participants get a chance to win items

23:00 Closing of the gala
